Seamlessly integrating Franco-Tamil architecture into Cochin’s urban fabric, the design incorporates traditional elements such as the thinnai (veranda), thaivaram (Tamil courtyard), an elaborate gateway, wooden balconies, white vertical pilaster borders, and a bright pastel yellow palette.
